The training is sold by our partner company cleverbridge. The number of seats is limited. First come, first served. A quote does not mean that a seat will be reserved for you! So please do not be surprised if you receive a notice saying that your quote was cancelled. It probably means that the class is fully booked (or maybe that the class itself was cancelled). A seat is reserved only when payment or a formal purchase order is received! With the purchase order option, payment must be received within 28 days from the date of the invoice. Each training event needs to be confirmed by X-Ways. Do not make any non-refundable flight or hotel bookings etc. before the course is confirmed! If the minimum number of attendees is reached, the class will be confirmed. If the event is not confirmed, you will get a full refund. Location/venue: First Intuition at Edmund House, 3rd Floor, 12-22 Newhall St, Birmingham B3 3AS, UK. Google Maps. Edmund House is in the Colmore Business District in Birmingham City Centre. Facilities include modern air-conditioned rooms, all with natural daylight, complimentary Wi-Fi, a break out area with complimentary tea and coffee, biscuits and fresh fruit. There is also an onsite café (Coffee #1), and a great choice of other coffee shops and restaurants in the Colmore Business District all within a couple of minutes. Edmund House is less than 10 minutes’ walk from both New Street and Snow Hill stations, as well as local bus and tram stops. The nearest car park is at Snow Hill Station, while disabled access and disabled blue badge parking bays can be found on Colmore Row.

You will receive our training material in printable form for this course. The X-Ways Forensics software is provided for the duration of the training, as is still and sparkling water, tea, coffee, and free Wifi. Lodging and meals not included. Important: You have to bring your own laptop computer running Windows 7 or later, preferably with administrator rights and MS Excel or equivalent.

Special incentive: All attendees of the X-Ways Forensics course in that week (or their employers) have the option to purchase one perpetual licence for X-Ways Forensics with a steep 30% discount. Includes 1 year update maintenance from the first day of class (not more, not less). The license will be issued and the dongle provided during the class. This special offer will be made available around 1 week before the training as a special online order link sent manually by e-mail along with the joining instructions. At latest you could accept this offer on the 3rd day of class. Neither the regular price of the software at the time of the training, from which the 30% will be deducted, is known in advance (it increases slightly with each new version), nor the exchange rate at that time, so no formal quote will be provided. Alternatively to the 30% discount on a new license, you could get a discount of EUR 100 on your next upgrade or renewal of an existing license of yours after the class (normal prices available from here). For an upgrade you must let us know whether you prefer 1, 2, or 3 years new access to updates, so that we can send you a special order link. Please do NOT ask about any exception to or deviation from the above terms and do not ask for any other discounts, or you will be denied this special offer altogether, sorry! This also applies if you ask for other arrangements and didn't even bother to fully read this paragraph before.
